This year has brought many changes for me and my family. If you’ve been following my journey, you’ll know that I’ve been focusing more and more on art, and the truth is, that’s where my heart is. “A Heart in Art” became the new motto for my website.
Sadly, we lost my father-in-law this summer. It makes me more aware of all those of my friends who are struggling over the holidays rather than just celebrating.
We also got a puppy. It is still shocking, but my husband, daughter and I have fallen in love with her (Sumi) and she keeps us busy and entertained. She is quite the nosy little one and likes to eat just about anything. She’s quite smart and already knows how to fetch, drop, lay down, up, rollover, and dance. She definitely has selective hearing though!
I am so grateful for the people I have met over the past year, especially the artists who love Jesus as much as I do. I have had moments of pure joy worshiping Him and being on this journey with them.
I want to wish you the merriest of Christmases, happiest of holidays, and a glorious 2020!
