Hello friends! Today I’m writing to share a few things, and the first is that the “Doodling with Dawn” videos are still going up on Saturday mornings and that they are starting to gain more views (YAY!). For some of my videos, you can go to my main menu here on the website and click on the “Doodling with Dawn Printables” page to print some free doodle/coloring pages. You’re welcome to work along with the video, just watch the video without doing art, or doodle the page on your own. Print as many copies as you like – they’re FREEEEEEEE!!! (Also please like, subscribe, and share the videos to anyone who you might think would benefit from them as the more we spread the word, the more people can be helped by them.)
Another “new and now” (and SUPER EXCITING) thing is that I’ve opened a small local shop here in Lincoln, Nebraska! It’s located at Southpointe Shopping Center in the new Painted Tree Boutiques building. I have worked so hard over the last few months preparing, and especially over the last week. Another fun thing to have happened over the last few months is that I’ve become an affiliate for Awesome Art School with Karen Campbell. It’s not Christian-based, but she works tons of fun projects that really help to improve our art skills. Just making more art also helps with that – the more you do, the better you get! She offers a drawing club, a mixed media club, and for fantasy lovers like me, a “Celtic Collective” club.
